Community Drop-In Arts Program

The Community Drop-in Arts Program is a structure in place to support participants ages 18-30 to receive basic resources such as showers, restrooms, laundry, food, clothing, hygiene supplies, and a place to rest.  Participants can also meet with a Resource and Healing Advocate to receive some low threshold resource advocacy support such as, but not limited to: 

  • State Id Vouchers 

  • Completing Food Stamps Application

  • Legal Referrals 

  • Support in Resume and Cover Letter Building    

 

These services coexist with the Community Arts Program, a structure that consists of a variety of art-based workshops as a creative outlet for the participants to cope with traumas and build skills that promote self-development.  

How to access the Community Drop-In Arts Program services: 

  • Where: 3338 N. Broadway St., Chicago, IL 60657  

  • Days: Tuesdays and Thursdays 

  • Time: 1:00pm to 5:00pm

  • Process: No appointments are needed.
